Jan. 18, 2018 a.m. Edward, Upon first viewing, ’Snowstorm on the Farm, Grantham New Hampshire’ simply reaches out and grabs me, then hold firm; I felt you would like to know. Something painfully poignant, I think it is, something having to do with feeling the closed-in damp within the house, the cloaked, contrasty shadows, wet and warmth combined, and the padded silence of descending snowflakes. I could write pages about feelings emanating from this periwinkle-shade blue house, preceded by an atlantic-shade-green, whose austere lines somehow contain an entire unremembered experience from my youth or another life perhaps: a cellular memory? I thank you for this powerful ‘memory’, sir. It makes me feel mysteriously strong, as if I survived something I quietly treasure. Wow. Again, thank you!

Edward Fielding replied:

Thanks JJ, glad it struck a cord with you. I've been driving by the is house for a while waiting for the right moment to photographic.
